Sliding Programs

All of our Sliding Programs take place at the Utah Olympic Park located in Park City, Utah. The track is located on the West side of the park, accessed down the road from the visitor parking area. Visitors will need a code to enter this side of the park. Please ensure you have obtained the code before proceeding to the gate. From the gate you may drive up and around the curve to the finish area parking lot (first lot on the left). Please park only in designated parking spaces within the lot. If lot is full you may park on the downhill side of the road. Upon arrival please check in with program personnel on the finish dock.

There are several program options available to slide with us.  Please read the program summaries below, then chose which program you are interested in exploring for more details and information.

Youth Beginner Luge

Programs designed specifically for youth ages 8-13 (minimum height 52 inches), who have never been on a sled before.

Youth Club Training

Youth athletes that have completed a beginner program may choose to participate in the Club’s Youth Training Program. This program offers ongoing training and coaching through the winter and helps youth athletes develop the basic skills in order to advance in the sport.

Adult Recreational Sliding

Why let the kids have all the fun? Whether your 18 or 80 and want to try, or continue your journey, in the Fastest Sport on Ice, this program is for you.

Disabled Adaptive Sliding

We have luge sleds that we can fit with specialized equipment to accommodate almost any disability including amputations and spinal cord injuries resulting in lower extremity paralysis. Contact the Park City luge office for specifics of equipment needs relative to a specific disability.
